On 03/28/21 all GFNN were sent an update entitled: “The most frustrating thing concerning GFNN”. The excerpt below is from the update:
“What frustrates me the most is that everyone invested in GFNN to make a multiple return on their investment. Everyone believed that I could make it happen. The only reason why it did not happen is because I was ousted. Had I remained in control I would have never given up. I would have never put GFNN into receivership.”
The update went on to state that:
- Dynasty Wealth (DW), which I founded after I was forced out of GFNN, was well positioned to become extremely successful. The paragraph below is an excerpt from the 03/28/21 update:
“DW’s revenue model and the path it will take to liquidity is very similar to Black Rock (BLK) which is valued for $115 billion. Should DW reach a similar valuation the price of a partnership unit could potentially reach $10,000 by the end of the decade.”
- I was interested to transfer a portion of my DW holdings into a trust that would be established for the benefit of GFNN investors whom would be the beneficiaries of the trust. The trust which would eliminate or minimize income tax liability could then:
a) sell a portion of its DW holdings to purchase GFNN shares from those GFNN shareholders who wished to sell their shares for the price they paid
b) exchange DW investor membership units for the GFNN shares that are held by those GFNN shareholders who wish to stay in for a minimum projected gain of 10 times their original investment
The 03/28/21 update included a link for each GFNN shareholder to utilize to cast their vote for either of the following:
1. Receiving 100% of their original investment back as soon as possible
2. Staying in for a minimum gain of 10X (2025) and a potential gain of 100X (by 2030)

Due to three track three records being established by Dynasty Wealth (DW) the probability has increased significantly for DW to reach a valuation of $100 million in 2024, $1 billion in 2025, $10 billion in 2027 and $100 billion in 2030:
1. Identifying a digital startup in its seed round stage which has since experienced a five-times increase in its share price. Share price projected to have further increase ranging from 10X to 62X as compared to seed round price by end of 2024.
2. Identifying three additional early-stage digital companies that will experience minimum 20X share price increases from 2024 price to price by end of 2025.
Note. Shares for each of DW’s four digital companies from current prices have the potential to multiply by 200X by 2027 and 2,000X by 2030.
2. DW being the first to utilize a “perpetual financing strategy” to assist a client startup to raise all of its capital via multiple rounds at ever increasing valuations.
DW will soon be recognized as a serious disruptor to the global VC industry. To learn why go to Perpetual Financing Strategy | SWCW (savechangeworld.com). The three above track records which have been established will enable DW to easily the majority of all of the following to become DW members:
- Best digital startups
- Wealthiest investors
Before you dismiss the possibility that the companies which DW has identified are capable to produce 100X gains I highly recommend that you visit Digital Economy | SWCW (savechangeworld.com).
The page contains a short video and access to my report “Third Transformation for Economy since 18th Century Creating Opportunities to Build Almost Instant Dynasty Wealth“ which explains my research methodology that was utilized to research the four digital companies in the table below. The methodology to identify common denominators is the same which was followed that enabled my September 2007 prediction for the collapses for the five largest U.S. brokers including Lehman Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch, etc. The report also explains how and why the transformations for the economy, throughout the history of the world, have enabled knowledgeable investors to generate dynasty wealth almost instantly.
Finally, please take the time to vote. If you do not vote you will not be a beneficiary of the trust.
